Requirements
- Experience working with Matlab, C/C++, Java or DOORS
- Proven ability to develop technical solutions to complex issues
- Strong analytic, technical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Experience in using AI/ML and signal processing in database and algorithm design and enhancement
- Active DoD Secret Clearance or greater
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date
Responsibilities
- Analyzing system performance data with respect to requirements
- Identifying performance deficiencies and proposing solutions
- Presenting plans, designs and system performance to peers and internal leadership
- Defining and updating concept of operations (CONOPS)
- Working in multidisciplinary teams in support of development of a missile defense system
- Apply Project Management principles, including action tracking, status reporting, task monitoring, and risk management
- Facilitate professional meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams

- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)
- Excellent communication, technical writing, oral presentation and interpersonal skills
