Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Software Engineering college intern to support tactical datalinks communications between platforms, including satellites and aircraft, for United States Air Force and Navy programs
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with developing system requirements, interfaces, and architectures
- Familiarity with performing software and/or systems integration and testing of software applications
- Experience with Agile Principles
- Experience maturing system requirements, performing systems integration or systems verification
- Exposure to fundamental Systems Engineering principles
- Experience creating or updating Model-based system engineering (MBSE) artifacts (e.g., Cameo/Rhapsody)
Responsibilities
- Support tactical datalinks communications between platforms to include satellites and aircraft
- Work on an agile development team to support elements of the design/development effort
- Support the continued design and development of data management and visualization solutions
- Involved in requirements development and planning through full implementation, test & integration, deployment and O&M
- Work within a team environment
- Support systems engineering principles and technical writing skills
- Perform software and/or systems integration and testing of software applications
Other
- Pursuing a BS or MS degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
- On-site support preferred
- Must be able to work in King of Prussia, PA
