MAXISIQ is seeking a Systems Engineer / OR Analyst to support the Joint Personnel Recovery Agency (JPRA) at Fort Belvoir to evaluate system interoperability, design and assess experiments, and develop solutions that ensure U.S. forces are prepared to recover isolated personnel worldwide.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in experiment design, execution, and analytical reporting.
- Proven ability to work with diverse organizations on complex technical and operational projects.
- Familiarity with Department of Defense experimentation methodologies and joint processes.
- Previous involvement in developing interoperability standards.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the interoperability of current and emerging system architectures and capabilities, recommending improvements and solutions.
- Analyze operational requirements and develop capability improvement plans and non-material solutions such as Concepts of Operation (CONOPS) and Joint Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (JTTPs).
- Design and execute experiments or demonstrations during military exercises, and generate detailed reports and after-action reviews according to JPRA guidelines.
- Develop innovative analytical approaches to address complex problems in personnel recovery operations and ensure alignment with Department of Defense standards and evolving requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of five years relevant experience as a Systems Engineer or Operations Research/Systems Analyst (ORSA).
- Active TS/SCI clearance and eligibility for US citizenship.
- Master’s degree.
- Experience in a Joint Military operational environment or personnel recovery mission area.
