Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Systems Engineering college intern candidate to support the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS) Systems Engineering (SE) team. The candidate will work on an agile team and be responsible for supporting the integration of new capabilities or upgrading existing systems.
Requirements
- Understanding of system engineering concepts, requirements development, and computer security fundamentals.
- Familiarity with developing system requirements, interfaces, or architectures using Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and techniques
- Familiarity with requirements development, analysis and management
- Familiarity with system engineering tools such as Cameo, Rhapsody, DOORS, IBM ELM, and/or Jira.
Responsibilities
- supporting the integration of new capabilities or upgrading existing systems including efforts such as requirements development/traceability, SE tools, SE supporting artifacts and models.
Other
- Candidate is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Sciences and Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent STEM field from an accredited college.
- capable of obtaining a US SECRET security clearance (sponsored by LM) prior to starting.
- This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to work well in an agile team environment.
