Bracco Medical Technologies is seeking a Systems Engineering Co-op/Intern to support the definition, analysis, specification, and validation of medical devices used for interventional cardiology and diagnostic imaging.
Requirements
- At least two years of study towards a bachelor’s degree in engineering or other scientific discipline program.
- Enrolled in a biomedical, electrical, mechanical, software, or systems engineering program.
- Practical knowledge designing across multiple disciplines including mechanical, electrical, and software engineering.
- Experience using requirement and test management tools (e.g., Jama).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Testing and data analysis experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the definition of user needs, system and sub-system requirements, and system architecture.
- Develop and perform testing to support architectural decisions and system characterization.
- Remediate requirements to align with the selected architecture of fielded medical devices.
- Use requirement and test management tools to create and communicate traceability between system artifacts.
- Partner with team members to help diagnose product issues.
- Perform trade-off analyses to aid technical decision-making.
- Acquire, analyze, and report results for product testing and reliability data.
