Responsibilities
- Contribute to product design improvements, focusing on complex components within new product development projects.
- Lead and/or support initiatives related to combustion safety and airflow optimization.
- Enhance test fixtures and methods used for performance validation.
- Develop and document test procedures for evaluating new designs.
- Support 5-year roadmap of residential gas furnace product development.
- Collaborate across departments to understand customers' needs, invent solutions, and help define product features and functions.
- Contribute to improve safety, reliability, and performance of our products.

- Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in the Engineering Field
- Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Ability to work independently with guidance from senior engineers.
