Raytheon is looking to solve the problem of regression testing of software capabilities in advanced radar systems as part of the Missile Defense Programs (MDP) Department within the Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities (SE&TC) discipline.

Requirements

  • Experience with MS Office Suite.
  • Experience integrating or regression testing radar products in both domestic and FMS configurations.
  • Experience in Linux or UNIX environments.
  • Experience with scripting languages, i.e. MATLAB, Python, Perl etc.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, testing, and validation to ensure successful integration and functionality of radar capabilities.
  • Execute regression testing plans and procedures to meet project milestones and deliverables.
  • Perform scenario-based analyses and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
  • Conduct system performance assessments and validation testing to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications.
  • Understand, and be in compliance with, DoD technology release and export licensing policies.

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field and 12 months or less of professional experience (excluding internships).
  • The ability to obtain and maintain additional program access as required.
  • Strong analytic, technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
