General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) needs to manage and execute test teams effectively, optimize test flows, establish performance benchmarks, ensure the availability of test equipment, and develop subject matter expertise to deliver high-technology solutions for national security.
Requirements
- Integration and Test of RF and GPS/Navigation hardware.
- Familiarity and experience working in SAFE Agile process
- Advanced knowledge of test principles, theories and concepts. Experience planning, coordinating, and executing large system level test activities.
- Domain experience in RF and GPS and Navigation system test and integrations efforts.
Responsibilities
- Manage to schedule commitments and need dates by driving daily and weekly execution of test teams.
- Direct and prioritize resources for optimal test flows.
- Establish benchmarks for repeated operations and track performance improvements driving down cost of test.
- Proactively assess maintenance needs for Special Test Equipment and other customer owned test assets to ensure continuous flow of hardware.
- Identify and develop subject matter expertise across systems.
- Integration and Test of RF and GPS/Navigation hardware.
- Leading the integration and test life cycle.

- Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
