Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Systems Test Engineer to develop, test, and automate systems-level software/hardware, and specialized utility and/or hardware.
Requirements
- modifying of general systems-level software/hardware, specialized utility and/or hardware.
- Interprets wireless specifications and applies Software vendor Development kits.
- Designs test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures and trains supporting staff on the execution.
- Documents systems-level defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to developers.
- Identifies, analyzes, troubleshoots, and documents problems with program function, output, or content.
- Develops testing programs that assess effectiveness of a new system or modification of an existing system.
- Acts as a strong contributor at design reviews and project meetings.

- Telecommuting may be permitted. When not telecommuting, must report to Qualcomm’s office location(s) in San Diego, CA.
- Will accept a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related degree field.
