Contra Costa Health is seeking a Systems Software Analyst II to manage and maintain critical IT systems within their Health Services Information Technology Unit, ensuring the smooth operation of services that impact the health and well-being of county residents.
Requirements
- One (1) year full-time or its equivalent experience as a Systems Software Analyst I in Contra Costa County or two (2) years full-time or its equivalent experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of operating systems software on multi-user systems plus two (2) years full-time or its equivalent programming experience on multi-user systems.
- At least one (1) year of the systems software experience must have included the installation and maintenance of both operating systems and database software.
- Current or former: Epic Certified ECSA, Cisco Networking Associate (CCNA) certification, and/or Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops certification
Responsibilities
- Managing/configuring/troubleshooting enterprise e-faxing systems.
- Managing the Imprivata single sign-on and electronic prescription signing system.
- Managing enterprise printing systems.
- Managing Citrix Virtual App and Desktop systems.
- Managing Epic Kuiper system.
