Motorola Solutions is looking for candidates with data-driven development experience to build/maintain data migration and conversion tools, test scripts, and deployment timelines for the public safety market.
Requirements
- Technical/software development experience.
- Experience in software development; experience (C, XML, Python and .NET technologies).
- Hands-on experience with SQL database design (MS SQL (preferred), Oracle, MySQL or PostgreSQL)
- Strong Experience in SQL Query Design and Implementation
- Understanding of object-oriented coding and design, Participating in code reviews and feedback.
- Able to troubleshoot and debug issues.
- Solid networking understanding.

- Should be able to summarize findings in a clear manner through the use of reports and other written artifacts.
- Validate/deliver data migration solution with the customer based on contract deliverables
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate complex technical strategies with customers.
