Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SQL Server development.
- Strong knowledge of Transact-SQL (T-SQL), including stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Experience with database design, data modeling, and normalization.
- Familiarity with SQL Server tools (e.g., SSMS, Profiler, DTA).
- Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries withing the context of stored procedures
- Ability to design and implement database schemas.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new database systems based on project requirements.
- Database structures to include tables, indexes, views, functions, and stored procedures.
- Develop, implement, and optimize stored procedures, functions, and triggers using T-SQL.
- Ensure the performance, security, and availability of databases.
- Provide data management support including data extraction and load of data related to engineering and construction.
- Work closely with product owners, business analysts, corporate database analysts, and other developers to meet business needs.
- Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements and optimize database systems for efficiency.
