Requirements
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job board, social media, and university career fairs.
Review and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates who meet job requirements.
Communicate with candidates through email and phone to schedule interviews and coordinate logistics for both in-person and virtual interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking system (ATS) record, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support initiatives related to employer branding and enhancing our company presence to attract top talent.
Assist in preparing regular reports on recruitment activities, progress, and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts.
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team.
