Lifepoint Health is looking to analyze talent acquisition metrics, provide actionable insights, and support the organization's recruitment strategy to improve recruitment excellence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence with a focus on HR or Talent Acquisition data.
- 1+ year of experience pulling reports and data from ATS systems (Oracle Cloud Recruiting preferred).
Responsibilities
- Analyze internal and benchmark TA data to identify insights and opportunities for process and outcome improvements.
- Research and provide data to inform strategic recruitment planning and report on the performance of existing plans.
- Procure data and generate reports upon request via ATS and related systems, in partnership with other internal reporting/analytics resources.
- Identify and help resolve data integrity issues to enhance confidence in analysis and decisions.
- Coordinate TA benchmarking using metrics to measure comparative efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain key TA performance dashboards and leadership reports.
- Translate recruitment knowledge and practices into relevant data/metrics/reports, and vice versa.

- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Business, HR, IT, or a related field required
- Prior recruiter or sourcing experience preferred.
