Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of comprehensive experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
- Proficiency in developing sourcing strategies tailored to various roles and industries.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software; quick learner of new tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Paylocity is a plus.
- Ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams.
- Negotiation tactics to attract and secure top talent.
Responsibilities
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and draft detailed, accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identify and deploy effective recruiting methods and strategies aligned with industry standards and organizational needs.
- Manage job postings and advertisement campaigns across multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and select suitable candidates for further evaluation.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, preparing interview questions and selection materials in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Audit I-9 forms and new hire profiles to maintain compliance and accuracy.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Professional certification such as SHRM-CP or HRCI certification is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
