Memorial Healthcare System is looking to improve its brand identity and attract job applicants through effective content creation and distribution on various platforms.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in graphic design software/tools.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and design best practices.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in graphic design or brand management, preferably with a focus on recruitment advertising or corporate branding.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience with candidate relationship management platforms
  • Experience with recruitment marketing campaigns and communications
  • Experience with trade show and hiring event communications

Responsibilities

  • Supports social media content calendar to maintain a consistent and mission-driven online presence for attracting job applicants.
  • Manages all User Generated Content (UGC) responses on social platforms.
  • Stays up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of Talent Acquisition communications.
  • Manages any ad-hoc social media postings or edits.
  • Coaches team members, students, and volunteers on content creation best practices that align with Memorial Healthcare System’s business engagement goals.
  • Supports copywriting and editing for a variety of marketing materials that include social media, print and digital collateral, web, and a multitude of other disciplines.
  • Designs and produces a wide range of creative assets adhering to Employee/Student Value Proposition brand guidelines including, but not limited to, digital graphics, presentations, infographics, e-blasts, social posts, and other print and digital materials for Talent Acquisition communications.
