Dungarvin is looking for a Talent Development Content Developer to transform ideas into impactful learning solutions, ensuring employees have the tools they need to succeed by designing and developing interactive training programs and collaborating with subject matter experts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design
- Proficiency with Articulate 360, Microsoft 365 Suite, and other content development tools
- Hands-on experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)- Relias preferably
- Strong storyboarding skills for eLearning or multimedia content
- Experience creating high-quality interactive eLearning modules
- Experience using software like Audacity, TechSmith Snag-It, Canva, or other photo and sound editing tools
- Workday experience
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging adult learning materials, including curricula, course outlines, interactive eLearning modules, training aids, and instructor-led resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and create content that supports business goals and compliance requirements.
- Use tools like Articulate 360 and other multimedia software to create impactful learning experiences.
- Manage and update the training resources library, ensuring materials are accurate, accessible, and compliant with state regulations.
- Support instructors by training them on content delivery, best practices, and newly developed learning materials.
- Train and coach facilitators on delivering content effectively and provide consultation as needed.
- Plan and implement assessment methods to evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve the learner experience.
