Dungarvin is looking for a Talent Development Content Developer to design and develop interactive training programs, collaborate with subject matter experts, and ensure employees have the tools they need to succeed, ultimately enhancing the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in general computer and technical skills
- Proficient in Articulate 360 and Microsoft 360 Suite
- Experience using learning management systems (LMS)
- Experience storyboarding for eLearning or multimedia content
- Proficient in translating complex subject matter into accessible, learner-friendly instructional content; such as interactive eLearning courses, job aids, and microlearning assets
- Experience with recording software such as Audacity, Techsmith Snag-It, Canva and/or other photo and sound editing software
- Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging content for adult learners.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging adult learning materials, including curricula, course outlines, interactive eLearning modules, training aids, and instructor-led resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and create content that supports business goals and compliance requirements.
- Use tools like Articulate 360 and other multimedia software to create impactful learning experiences.
- Manage and update the training resources library, ensuring materials are accurate, accessible, and compliant with state regulations.
- Support instructors by training them on content delivery, best practices, and newly developed learning materials.
- Train and coach facilitators on delivering content effectively and provide consultation as needed.
- Plan and implement assessment methods to evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve the learner experience.
Other
- 3+ years in curriculum development/instructional design
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, as well as time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous experience or education with individuals with disabilities; working with this population in a community and/or residential setting
