Requirements
- Knowledge of all-source intelligence, including SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, and HUMINT
- Ability to read and process all-source intelligence reports and implement directives
- Ability to research, analyze, and fuse complex data sets, and generate leads to advance dynamic objectives, collection, and analysis
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Knowledge of life cycle sponsor operations, including how to support them and leverage expertise in the appropriate legal and policy guidance
- Ability to use multiple platforms and tools to enable targeting narrative or picture
- Experience with the targeting life cycle
Responsibilities
- Develop actionable intelligence for clients through daily briefs and operational and time-critical updates to senior leaders
- Analyze complex worldwide operations to develop actionable intelligence against the highest priorities
- Manage, task, and maintain information flow across IC organizations within operational decision timelines
- Convey well-reasoned dissenting perspectives to ensure all data streams are considered for key decisions
- Become an authority on your target set, AOR, and operational tools
- Provide time-critical recommendations, often under pressure
- Incorporate raw, often time-sensitive intelligence paired with many platforms and tools to affect the targeting narrative or picture
Other
- Ability to conduct weekly rotating shift work
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time
- HS diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience with the targeting life cycle, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with the targeting life cycle
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Master's degree
