CACI has openings for Identity Intelligence (I2) /Biometric -Network Targeting Analysts to support the Identity Intelligence Analytical Support (I2AS) program, at the Army’s National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC). The role involves providing analytical support to SOF, developing targeting intelligence products, and coordinating support packages to meet operational requirements. The goal is to enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks and aid DoD, IA, and IC efforts in dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.

Requirements

  • Experience conducting network analysis, pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis and social network analysis in support of attack the network operations.
  • Foundational understanding of the targeting tradecraft to incorporate trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, network link diagrams and pattern of like (POL) analysis.
  • Experience providing direct analytical and targeting support to deployed SOF elements.
  • Experience with a variety of analytical tools and databases to include BI2R/I2AR, SOFEX, Palantir, Query Tree, Chrome, Analyst Notebook, Open Source research, Biometric Automated Toolset (BAT), TIDE, Pulse,
  • An understanding of intelligence requirements for both lethal and non-lethal targeting

Responsibilities

  • Apply your analytical and Identity Intelligence (I2) tradecraft to conduct analytic production on the full range of unique identifying human characteristics and modalities to include, but not limited to, fingerprints, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), iris scans, voiceprints, facial recognition features, and human behavior for the purposes of identifying and tracking persons and networks.
  • Fuse identity attributes to include, but not limited to, biographical, biological, behavioral, contextual, and reputational information related to individuals and intelligence associated with those attributes to identify and assess threat individuals and networks, their capabilities and capacity, centers of gravity, objectives, intent, and potential courses of action.
  • Assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks.
  • Identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners.
  • Conduct analytic production on the full range of unique identifying human characteristics and modalities

  • Provide direct analytical and targeting support to deployed SOF elements

Other

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Minimum: 2 years of related experience and a degree, or 6 years without.
  • Open to participate in analytical debate and be receptive to constructive criticism.
  • Ability to meet appropriate COCOM pre-deployment requirements and deploy to OCONUS locations for a minimum of 6 months.
  • 6-Month Rotational Deployment is Required
