Requirements
- Experience or coursework related to programming, automation, or digital technologies.
- Basic understanding of automation, AI, machine learning concepts, and data analysis techniques.
- Ability to collect and clean data from various sources.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply digital solutions to real-world business challenges.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Power Automate, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Generative AI (GenAI) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and building prototypes or proof-of-concept solutions using relevant platforms (e.g., automating tasks with Power Automate, building dashboards in SharePoint, or developing assistants/workflows in Langdock GenAI tool).
- Work with technical teams to implement recommended solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Help prepare documentation, training materials, and user guides to support adoption of new technology solutions.
- Monitor implemented solutions, gather feedback, and analyze impact to ensure continuous improvement.
- Partner with IT, operations, and subject matter experts to integrate solutions into existing systems and drive successful outcomes.
- Participate in workshops, mentorship, and self-study to develop expertise in business process automation, digital tools, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to understand operational challenges, pain points, and opportunities for process improvement.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Science, Human Resources Information Systems, or a related field.
