Lightfoot, Franklin & White is looking to integrate technology and AI into their legal practice to find smarter, better ways to serve clients, and needs a Tech Coach & AI Workflow Lead to facilitate this integration by making new tools approachable and easy to use for their teams.
Requirements
- familiarity with platforms like iManage, NetDocuments, Litera, Relativity, or AI tools such as Harvey or Lexis AI is a plus.
- Hands-on with iManage, NetDocuments, Litera, Relativity, or billing/time systems.
- Curiosity about legal AI like Harvey, CoCounsel, Casetext, Lexis AI, or Copilot.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, practical trainings for attorneys and staff on legal tech and AI tools.
- Roll out new systems—document management, time entry, AI and drive adoption.
- Analyze workflows, remove friction, and design smarter, automated solutions.
- Bridge the gap between legal, IT, and innovation
- Stay ahead of trends—test tools, pilot new workflows, and suggest improvements.
