Advocate Health is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to administer and configure their ServiceNow platform, including the Knowledge Base and Service Catalog, to improve business processes and provide efficient solutions.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Fundamentals Certification
- Typically requires 3years’ experience with ServiceNow in development of workflows, custom web services, custom notifications, assessments, custom apps.
- Administration of ServiceNow Knowledge Base and Service Catalog
- Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows in ServiceNow
- Configure application related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls
- Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs
- Assists with researching and resolving technical problems

- This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions.

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Computer Science or related field
