Requirements
- Hands-on experience in developing statistical models and implementing data science solutions
- Solid skill with the following languages: Python, SQL
- Experience working with large data sets, familiar with Hive
- Management experience in leading data analysis team
- Experience within the entertainment industry, streaming, social applications
- Experience working on ambiguous problems and managing uncertainty
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Own and conduct data analysis related to multimedia architecture.
- Ensure data quality by monitoring event tracking quality, participating in event tracking design reviews, and collaborating with the data engineering team.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive data metrics system, including defining indicators, building dashboards, ensuring stability and availability, and conducting root cause analysis for metrics.
- Perform data analysis based on business requirements, support data analysis for special projects, and provide ongoing data analysis support.
- Support A/B testing initiatives by optimizing A/B testing processes, producing Libra indicators, providing attribution analysis, and generating A/B testing conclusions and reports.
- Drive business growth by identifying data optimization opportunities, providing optimization suggestions, and delivering tangible benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product Management, Research and Development, and Technical Support, to identify and resolve online issues.

- Master or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics or similar field is required
