Requirements
- 8+ years product management experience leading ideation and delivery of business value through technology solutions.
- Generalist product manager, passionate about building great customer experiences, who can flex across domains and effectively drive cross-functional programs at enterprise level.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate new ideas with partners across the organization.
- Strong analytical abilities, uses data to back up recommendations, prioritization and drive actions.
- Knowledge of eCommerce and Retail industry is preferred.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and to pivot to align with evolving business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership on digital experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Brand and Technology partners to develop the product vision and roadmap for our digital experiences across WSI brands.
- Lead the definition, prioritization and scoping of enterprise level, cross-functional initiatives using all available data and resources to guide decision-making.
- Drive execution and iterative delivery of initiatives in collaboration with Program Management, Engineering, User Experience, Architecture and other Technology partners and subsidiaries.
- Craft business requirements and user stories.
- Measure product performance using qualitative and quantitative strategies to drive ongoing optimization.
- Serve as a liaison between Business and Technology teams to ensure digital solutions meet expectations and provide customer value.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to influence others.
- This role requires being onsite in the San Francisco, California office Monday through Thursday.
