Five Star Bank is seeking to lead the development, enhancement and optimization of their Digital Banking platforms, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and customer experience standards.
Requirements
- Experience managing large-scale digital platforms and integrating them with core banking systems and data platforms.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance related to data management and financial services.
- Familiarity with product management principles, including roadmap development, backlog management, and prioritization.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, data management tools, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms (i.e.: Q2), cybersecurity standards, and enterprise data architecture.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, and PCI-DSS.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic technical roadmap development, and execution of digital banking platforms (web and mobile) to deliver innovative customer experiences and banking services.
- Oversee the delivery of Digital Banking features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with compliance, security, and technology standards.
- Collaborate with Technology and other product teams to integrate digital banking platforms with core banking systems, data warehouses, and third-party APIs, optimizing performance and scalability.
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and data teams to ensure alignment on platform enhancements, data usage, and system requirements.
- Create seamless and intuitive digital banking experiences that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Utilize data insights and analytics to drive platform enhancements and business strategies, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure digital platforms and data management practices adhere to internal Technology and Information Security standards, relevant regulatory standards, including data privacy, security, and financial regulations.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or related field
- 7+ years of experience in digital platform management, with a focus on digital banking, enterprise data or fintech.
- 3+ years of experience in leading and managing team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders.
- Able to travel occasionally
