UBS is looking for a Tech Service & Product Manager to lead and mentor a global team of AV engineers and technicians, overseeing the design, integration, and management of AV systems to align with organizational goals and ensure excellent product outcomes for internal customers.
Requirements
- ideally, 7+ years of experience in AV engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
- proven experience with AV systems such as Crestron, Cisco, Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and similar platforms
- strong understanding of networked AV, signal flow, and control systems
- knowledge of IT networking principles and collaboration tools such as Gitlab
Responsibilities
- lead and mentor a global team of AV engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
- oversee the design, integration of AV systems including video conferencing, digital signage, control systems, and digital streaming
- manage AV product engineering solutions from conception to completion
- collaborate with Product Owners, Operational peers, internal clients, and other departments to align AV solutions with organizational goals
- lead a global team of engineers and work closely with your peers, our product teams, operations leads and our external delivery partners to form an agile, outcome-oriented team
