The Technical Analyst Intern will support the Customer Operations team in creating and supporting integrations, troubleshooting issues, and improving project methodologies.
Requirements
- Relevant work or coursework experience in computer science, information technology, or similar background
- Experience in Java, SQL, Python, or other similar languages is a bonus
- Familiarity with databases, UI based configuration, software development and console scripting
Responsibilities
- Create and support integrations between our customers and our applications
- Troubleshoot integrations and system performance issues using server level logs and aggregation tools
- Make recommendations for project methodology adjustments
- Create documentation and best practices for implementing our new product areas
- Work with implementations directly related to top retailers in the Americas

- Ability to understand Supply Chain Management and other retail planning systems from an IT perspectives

- Strong work ethic, ability to learn on the fly, autonomy in delivering tasks, and self-starter approach to taking on new challenges and expanding your horizons
- Ability to work in our Midtown office up to 4 days/week
