Guidehouse is looking to solve business and technical problems related to software development and support, specifically in the area of Celonis integrations, process intelligence, and data ingestion from ERP systems and third-party applications.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of process mining methodologies, process improvement frameworks, and business process management (BPM)
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling
- Expertise in ETL processes for data extraction and transformation
- Strong working experience with Celonis features and capabilities
- Ability to interpret complex data and deliver meaningful business insights
- Proven experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA data structures and migration methods
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Celonis integrations, including ETL pipelines and connectors using SQL, Python, and Celonis EMS Platform.
- Build process intelligence solution views, analyses, and dashboards to enable actionable insights for clients.
- Design and implement scalable data ingestion processes from ERP systems and third-party applications.
- Perform ETL, troubleshoot data connections and validations across large datasets for accuracy and performance.
- Collaborate with clients, Celonis teams, and third-party resources to align technical delivery with project goals.
- Participate in workshops, demos, and client-facing sessions to showcase technical capabilities.
Other
- A MINIMUM of SIX (6) years of overall experience, with a MINIMUM of FOUR (4) years hands-on in Celonis or process mining tools
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Celonis Analyst or Data Engineer certification
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with clients and stakeholders
