Guidehouse is looking to solve business and technical problems related to process intelligence and data ingestion using Celonis integrations and other tools.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of process mining methodologies, process improvement frameworks, and business process management (BPM)
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling
- Expertise in ETL processes for data extraction and transformation
- Strong working experience with Celonis features and capabilities
- Ability to interpret complex data and deliver meaningful business insights
- Celonis Analyst or Data Engineer certification
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Celonis integrations, including ETL pipelines and connectors using SQL, Python, and Celonis EMS Platform.
- Build process intelligence solution views, analyses, and dashboards to enable actionable insights for clients.
- Design and implement scalable data ingestion processes from ERP systems and third-party applications.
- Perform ETL, troubleshoot data connections and validations across large datasets for accuracy and performance.
- Collaborate with clients, Celonis teams, and third-party resources to align technical delivery with project goals.
- Participate in workshops, demos, and client-facing sessions to showcase technical capabilities.
Other
- A minimum of six (6) years of overall experience, with a minimum of four (4) years hands-on in Celonis or process mining tools
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Ability to work with clients, teams, and third-party resources
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and enterprise change initiatives
