TikTok's North America Monetization Product Strategy & Operations team needs to bridge technical product knowledge and business impact by supporting TikTok’s advertising clients while working closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, and Engineering to manage technical projects, analyze data to solve business problems, and help scale advertising solutions across North America.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in coding and data analysis with skills in: Python or Java (for scripting, debugging, or automation tasks)
  • Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, or web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) a plus
  • SQL (for querying and analyzing datasets)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down technical issues and explain them clearly.
  • An understanding of Agile methodologies is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support technical implementation of ad products (e.g., Pixel, Catalog, SDK) and assist with product launches, ensuring they meet client business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client KPIs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze advertising performance data and contribute to building clear reports and recommendations.
  • Assist in cross-functional projects by coordinating with Product, RD, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
  • Contribute to product adoption by collecting advertiser feedback and sharing insights with the Product team.
  • Help improve internal tools and processes, ensuring smoother collaboration across teams.

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field (recent or upcoming graduates welcome).
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in the internet/ads industry and passion for learning how advertising technology works.
  • Flexible and adaptable — able to navigate ambiguity and learn quickly.
  • More important is a “can-do” attitude and willingness to step outside your job description to make an impact.
