Isovalent is looking to solve networking, security, and observability needs for modern cloud native infrastructure, specifically ensuring customers can run Isovalent networking for Kubernetes reliably at scale
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience managing and scaling advanced Kubernetes clusters in production environments
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience configuring and managing Cisco Nexus switches in production environments
- Demonstrated expertise in networking concepts and technologies across OSI layers 2 through 7
- At least 2 years of direct experience supporting and engaging with enterprise customers in a technical capacity
- Experience resolving issues with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies at a large production scale
- Extensive knowledge of Customer Reliability Engineering (CRE) practices
- Extensive experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Responsibilities
- Interacting with customers as the primary point of contact
- Adapting best practices of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to customers
- Gaining a deep understanding of customers' architecture and configurations
- Providing world-class support and issue resolution to various incidents
- Enhancing the organization's view into the health of various customers
- Taking a proactive approach to customer reliability
- Using existing data to identify upcoming reliability risks

- Strong preference for candidates based on the West Coast, with the ability to work in the Pacific Time Zone
