IBM is seeking a Technical Content Professional to create, develop, curate, and analyze technical content for digital self-service products, ensuring content is easy to find, useful, and current, and to drive a cohesive end-to-end content experience that moves clients through their product journey.
Requirements
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to Design, develop, edit, and produce accurate and effective technical documentation
- Ability to use and contribute to shared source repositories such as GitHub
- Experience with XML or DITA tagging languages
- Understanding of IBM Design Thinking practices, DevOps and a variety of software engineering concepts
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as work collaboratively
- Ability to learn and develop new skills and knowledge
Responsibilities
- Create, develop, curate, and analyze technical content for digital self-service products
- Advocate for users during the engineering and design processes
- Embed AI into content workflows and user experiences
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and engineers
- Design, develop, edit, and produce accurate and effective technical documentation
- Use and contribute to shared source repositories such as GitHub
- Apply IBM Design Thinking practices, DevOps and software engineering concepts

- High School Diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong communication skills
