Resilinc is looking for a Technical Course Developer & Lead LMS Administrator to design, develop, and maintain learning experiences for customers and employees, focusing on AI and data platforms to enhance supply chain intelligence.

- Ability to design courses on advanced topics (LangGraph, Databricks, AI/ML).
- Ability to leverage emerging tools for AI-driven learning content development.
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge learning experiences for Resilinc customers and employees.
- Combining deep instructional design expertise with strong technical acumen in AI, data platforms, and learning systems.
- Being both a hands-on course developer and the primary owner of our LMS, ensuring scalability, innovation, and learner engagement.
- Designing courses on advanced topics (LangGraph, Databricks, AI/ML).
- Leveraging emerging tools for AI-driven learning content development.
- Supporting live enablement programs through webinars and workshops.
