C3 AI is looking to solve the problem of helping developers, solution architects, and data scientists build advanced AI applications using the C3 Agentic AI Platform by creating effective technical learning experiences.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience and understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and web application development.
- Experience working with JavaScript frameworks such as React, as well as HTML and CSS.
- Proficiency with content and video creation tools such as Lucid and Camtasia.
- Experience with Git or other version control software.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, ETL techniques and machine learning concepts including regression, PCA, decision trees, and clustering.
- Understanding of generative & agentic AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver engaging, real-world learning experiences—labs, projects, and interactive exercises that teach practical skills to our customer developers, architects, and data scientists, aligned with product capabilities and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain technical content (courses, videos, code packages) optimized for virtual and in-person delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and SMEs to ensure training reflects the latest platform features.
- Innovate in instructional design, apply cognitive principles and leverage content and video creation tools (Lucid, Camtasia) to enhance learner engagement.
- Measure impact by collecting customer feedback and iterating on content to improve effectiveness.
- Develop training code and applications for AI-driven industry solutions.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in education, engineering, computer science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience creating technical and educational content for developer audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
