The Technical Delivery Manager role at RaceTrac is looking to solve the problem of delivering high-quality IT products or solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives in a timely and successful manner.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of technical experience with Azure Cloud Technologies or similar cloud technologies like AWS and GCP
- 2-3 years of technical experience delivering Enterprise Data and Analytics projects
- Proficient with fundamentals of Data and Analytics workstreams like Data Analysis, Data Pipelines, ETL, Reporting Data Models, BI Reporting, Data Mining, Data Transformations, etc leveraging On-Prem and Cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and practices.
- Proficient with technical communication and collaboration tools
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, Product Owners, Business stakeholders, and development teams to define project priorities, requirements, and dependencies.
- Facilitate technical communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
- Translate Business Requirements to Technical Requirements and help Product Management teams with high accuracy Effort estimates and budgeting processes.
- Support Data Analysts with Technical guidance where required and bridge the conversations between POs, Analysts and Technical Solution Architects
- Define and implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and solutions.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure project performance and quality, and track progress against established benchmarks.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year College or University, with a focus on specific industry or equivalent professional experience required
- 3-5 years’ experience in a technical delivery Manager role with a proven track record.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment; recognize and react to changing business needs
- Can effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Must display outstanding verbal, written, and technical communication skills
