Fannie Mae is looking for an Information Technology Management - Manager to manage a team responsible for engineering, testing, and supporting Identity, credential and access management technology and processes, determining the needs of diverse and complex customer groups, and applying understanding of strategic issues to the function/initiative.
Requirements
- Experience leading teams and people in a technical capacity.
- Strong experience running and managing a 24/7 production support team
- Experience with agile frameworks and processes (i.e. Kanban, Scrum, SAFe).
- CI/CD experience including automated testing experience with mindset to build self-testing code (i.e. terraform, Jenkins, Nexus, Git/Bitbucket).
- Strong experience managing development and operation team in an Identity, Credential, and Privilege Access space
- Professional experience as a Software Engineer across front-end & back-end stacks.
