RTX is looking for a Fellow – Infrastructure Architecture to be a technical leader and expert across the company, focusing on infrastructure architecture practices and solutions. The goal is to develop architectural solutions and standards that meet customer and business needs, support the Digital Technology architecture strategy, and mentor engineers and architects for successful implementation.
Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Systems
- Minimum 12+ years of large-scale solution architecture or enterprise architecture experience
- Expert in scalable SAP solutions (ECC, S/4HANA, BTP) using DevSecOps, IaC, and automated testing.
- Thought leader in ERP/SAP infrastructure and automation, aligning enterprise strategy with business goals.
- Holds or matches advanced certifications in infrastructure, enterprise architecture, identity management, and ERP systems.
- Ability to develop innovative technical solutions, operate in a multidisciplinary environment, and think holistically across complex systems
- Deep knowledge of multiple work areas or product line life cycle typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
Responsibilities
- Be an RTX technology leader. Lead cross functional architecture efforts to deliver solutions for RTX customers and business needs.
- Be the technical expert in identifying business problems that achieve strategic outcomes through application of infrastructure architecture, practices, assessments and models.
- Develop architectural artifacts, standards, and roadmaps.
- Mentor engineers and architects to ensure successful implementation of strategy and architecture.
- Continuously learn; Update architecture and standards based on shifts in business needs and technology innovation.
- Lead technical proof of concepts/proof of value to validate architectural and technology decisions.
- Support engagements with RTX Business Units, including developing technical solutions for current and future challenges.
