Oscar is looking to hire a Technical Implementation Manager to join their Plus Oscar team. The role aims to increase speed to market for client campaigns, reduce build and launch times, and ensure campaign accuracy by managing core technical tasks and functions associated with building and launching campaigns on the Plus Oscar platform.
Requirements
- 1+ years of SQL experience.
- Demonstrated ability to pick up technical concepts (e.g. SQL, software architecture, development pipelines).
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical representative of Plus Oscar in relevant client calls, ensuring campaigns are scoped effectively and clients understand relevant technical capabilities.
- Design and implement new campaign development processes while anticipating potential future use cases to ensure long-term scalability in solution design.
- Become an expert in our client and campaign data, leveraging SQL to identify trends in client populations to deliver campaigns that drive value to their business.
- Own the execution of key product delivery processes and/or broader initiatives that scale and mature Plus Oscar.
- Product delivery processes include: campaign launches, bug triage and resolution, quality assurance (QA) planning and execution, and building/maintaining product, client and stakeholder feedback loops.
- Independently analyze data and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Design and implement process improvements that improve efficiency and quality.

- 3+ years of experience working in a cross-functional role in technology or operations.
- 3+ years of experience working directly with engineers and designers.
- 2+ years experience working directly with engineering scrum teams.
- 3+ years of experience with common project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com.
- Experience proactively and independently identifying opportunities for improvements in process and execution, with a proven track record of implementing changes effectively.
