JPI is seeking a Technical Lead Developer to provide organizational redesign and integration of legacy engineering and logistics processes into applications.
Requirements
- Technical development certification: CompTIA or equivalent/similar IT certification
- An active PMP certification
- 10+ years of application development and database management experience
- 5+ years automation, and dashboard development experience.
- Technical leadership and mentorship with solution-oriented creativity
- Strong documentation and knowledge sharing within an agile project management environment
- Team collaboration across tech and engineering that can have adaptability to emerging technologies
Responsibilities
- Provide technical development and implementation support for Civil Engineering and/or mission support processes through Power Platform workflow development, process automation, data management, application strategy, and Machine Learning enablement.
- Provide support to include maturing the current technical design approach, documenting functional specifications (e.g., governance, permission groups, workflows, standard coding, etc.), maintaining databases, training content and lessons learned.
- Provide recommendations for innovative process updates , if identified, to combine disparate processes where applicable.
- Provide technical coding, implementation, development, training, and stakeholder enablement for modernized project prioritization efforts.
- Provide support to sustain and maintain mobile applications, dashboards, databases, process automations, Application Programming Interface, automated workflows, Power Queries, chatbots developed on Power Platform.

- U.S. Citizenship and a Public Trust clearance
- BA or BS in Management, Engineering, or Business/Financial/IT related field
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience supporting Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or U.S. Coast Guard programs is preferred.
