Nubank is building the next evolution of its platform: an AI-powered private banker to help millions of users manage their finances. The Sr. Design Manager will lead a team to craft this experience, focusing on user interaction with the AI advisor, building trust, and simplifying complex financial insights. This role also involves establishing foundational experience systems for AI across Nubank and ensuring alignment with the broader Magic App vision.

- Solid expertise in Product Design (UI, UX, and Research);

- Be a technical reference for the team, seeking to adapt and replicate the best practices in the market, increasing the team's bar;
- Inspire fellow product designers, by creating a high bar of quality design work;
- Push the boundaries of your team's UX/UI/visual execution and help Nubank challenge the status quo.
