Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with deep proficiency in C++ and Golang
- Strong background in low-level programming, systems engineering, or performance-critical software
- Experience with GPU architecture, CUDA, OpenMPI, HPC or parallel computing
- Background in building infrastructure for AI/ML systems
- Contributions to open-source low-level or performance libraries
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize high-performance systems in C++ and Golang
- Write clean, efficient, low-level code that directly interfaces with GPU-based systems
- Work closely with the founding team to define technical roadmaps and product direction
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving both technical excellence and team growth
- Foster a culture of innovation, technical rigor, and collaboration
