Requirements
- Experience in managing, and implementing 7x24x365 e-commerce analytics offering
- Minimum of 12 years previous working experience in IT with 10+ years of experience in BI/Analytics Tech delivery and managing 3-4 BI leads
- Hands-on experience in MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud and AI driven analytics tools are highly preferred
- Knowledge of Cloud Data platform, and Business Intelligence tools and solutions strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Data Warehousing, Data Analytics and Data Governance required
- Prior applications development experience leveraging a software development lifecycle methodology is a must
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, delivery, and evolution of Wawa’s analytics platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with business leaders to identify critical KPIs, create visualizations, and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure platform governance, data integrity, and security compliance.
- Oversee integration of analytics platforms with enterprise systems and manage sunsetting of outdated tools.
- Provide hands-on leadership in data analysis, platform optimization, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure teams on capacity, performance, and risk management.
- Establish production support standards, proactively resolve platform issues, and manage escalations.
