Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing complex technology programs working directly with engineering teams
- Experience writing technical user stories
- Experience in agile methodologies to drive collaboration with diverse teams to enable the development of high-quality solutions
- Experience in partnering with product leaders to gain a deep understanding of the overall product strategy and desired customer experience
- Master’s degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Engineering or similar)
- Experience with Commercial loan systems or similar work is preferred
- Experience working in the financial and banking industry
- Experience leading engineering teams in product driven companies
- Experience managing the delivery of SDKs, CX Frameworks and SaaS products
- Experience in machine learning and GenAI
- Experience managing programs on public cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the entire development life cycle
- Develop and execute scalable cross-organization trainings, processes, guides, mechanisms, metrics, and KPIs to deliver technology transformation across the enterprise
- Coordinate launch planning among various teams to synchronize program milestones across multiple workflows that satisfies different skill levels and personas
- Influence long-term and short-term product strategy for TFS
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional trainings while creating the program structure and shared alignment with the teams
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Established track record in managing large customer-facing, cross-functional program initiatives, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
- Ability to work in a team environment built on teamwork, flexibility, and respect
- Ability to relocate to Plano, TX
