Vandapower is seeking a Technical & Product Expert to support their continued expansion across North America by serving as the local technical authority, providing expert guidance on products and solutions, and bridging the gap between technical execution and product strategy.
Requirements
- You have a strong technical background — perhaps in product or process engineering, product management, or technical support.

- You stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and can turn complex technical details into practical, actionable insights.
- You enjoy working closely with global teams and have a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Act as the go-to expert for product and technical inquiries from both internal and external teams.
- Train and mentor colleagues to build technical expertise across departments.
- Plan, manage, and execute small-scale R&D projects aligned with company goals.
- Partner with the Global Product Management Team to identify and launch new products that align with Vandapower’s strategic direction.
- Validate and prepare products for sale — from ERP setup to documentation and training materials.
- Define and oversee custom assemblies, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and clear communication with Production.
- Analyse and resolve product quality or customer issues promptly.

- Serve as the local technical authority, providing expert guidance on our products and solutions to both internal teams and customers.
- Bridge the gap between technical execution and product strategy — advising, training, and driving continuous improvement across product quality, development, and production processes.
- Conduct validation testing for new products and assemblies.
- Contribute to corrective actions and 8D reports.
- Continuously improve production tooling and processes.
