Mars Veterinary Health is looking to shape and deliver digital products that support both pet owners and Associates, impacting over 3 million pet parents, 30,000 Associates, and 1,000+ VCA Animal Hospitals across the U.S. and Canada.
Requirements
- Knowledge of UI/UX design
- Agile product development
- Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or SaaS products (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead product decisions, set direction, and prioritize work.
- Use feedback and data to improve features and shape future roadmaps.
- Translate technical requirements into clear plans.
- Write and share easy-to-understand product documentation.
- Work closely with engineers to make sure products meet business and user needs.
- Help teams stay aligned and keep projects on track.
- Focus on creating simple, user-friendly experiences.
