Raymond James is seeking a Product Manager for their Platform Engineering team to help define and communicate a clear product vision for platforms and self-service tools that align with organizational goals, remove infrastructure complexity, enable security guardrails, and accelerate development velocity.
Requirements
- Experience in a product management, business analyst, or information technology role
- Experience in DevOps process with an understanding of automated builds and deployments of code/ cloud based processes
- Experience in Platform Engineering preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision in alignment with the enterprise technology strategy
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap based on user feedback, business priorities, and technical feasibility
- Advocate for developer needs and ensure platform solutions are intuitive, scalable, and secure
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to gather requirements and align on priorities.
- Engage with internal development teams to understand pain points and drive adoption of platform capabilities.
- Translate product strategy into actionable work for engineering teams
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and inform future iterations.

- This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month.

- 5+ years of relevant experience or combination or education, experience and training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability working with multiple stakeholders and initiatives simultaneously.
