To modernize Worldpay's technology and supercharge developers with APIs that are simple to integrate yet powerful
Requirements
- Deep product management experience at a fast-paced company in the financial services sector, ideally payments domain
- Proven hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, 3rd party integrations, as a developer, architect, or product manager
- Experience with API formats, design patterns, cloud technologies and API SDLC tools
- Strong understanding of developer community, and interest in developer-focused thought leadership and evangelism
- Customer-centric approach, with intuition for great user experiences and ability to understand the customer’s challenges and articulate a vision to solve challenges to make an impact
Responsibilities
- Own one or many developer products (e.g.: APIs, client libraries, webhooks, gateways, middleware, and developer portals.) from product definition and planning through production, GTM, release, distribution, maintenance, and end of life
- Build the product roadmap based on clearly articulated customer and business value
- Collaborate closely with engineering to design and build scalable, high performing developer facing products
- Effectively prioritize the backlog managing competing business needs for new features, small enhancements, bug fixes and all other design and development activity related to your products
- Be able to roll up the sleeves and decipher the architecture and determine if it meets product needs

- Proficiency in problem solving and time management skills managing multiple deadlines
- Ability to work effectively with distributed teams in multiple time zones across US, Europe, and Asia

- Ability to operate independently and within a multi-disciplinary team with minimal supervision and guidance from Product Leadership
