Asphalt Materials, Inc. is looking to drive sales growth, support field operations, and promote a specialty asphalt product within a designated territory by hiring a Technical Product Manager for eFlex.
Requirements
- Proficient in CRM software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in field management tools
- Experience with construction materials or related industries
- Experience with sales, field operations, or management roles
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience with product specifications and technical value propositions
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales goals for specialty asphalt products
- Analyze market trends, forecast budgets, and review competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Deliver technical value propositions and product education to agencies, contractors, and stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to evaluate performance, ensure compliance, and support field activities
- Track design status and emulsion production and delivery
- Track project progress and provide timely updates
- Understand construction plans, bidding documents, plans, proposals, and cost estimates
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years in sales, field operations, or management roles
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Customer-focused with a proven track record in sales and relationship building
- Valid driver's license is required
