MAPFRE USA is seeking to evolve its content and automation capabilities to meet enterprise demands, streamlining workflows, driving intelligent automation, and transforming business critical technology platforms.
Requirements
- Hands on familiarity with enterprise content and document management platforms (e.g., OpenText, SharePoint, etc.) and workflow/business process management (BPM) platforms (e.g., Appian, Pega, or similar)
- Strong grasp of platform lifecycle management, technical program delivery, and cross-system integration
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and public cloud offerings like AWS
- Understanding of compliance, metadata strategies, content governance, and information architecture
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and being a Scrum Master; certification (CSM, CSPO) a plus
- Experience or strong interest and learning in AI/ML-driven platforms, automation, and technologies
Responsibilities
- Own the platform lifecycle for enterprise content portfolio (document management, business process management, and workflow automation platforms and solutions)— from discovery and evolution to governance and eventual retirement.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, compliance, and business leaders to align platforms with enterprise needs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to define and execute platform strategies that support operational efficiency, content governance, and business automation.
- Drive platform and process modernization — enabling transitions to cloud-native architectures, real-time orchestration, composable micro services, and self-service.
- Define and manage program roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans across multiple teams.
- Champion integration between platforms and other enterprise systems (e.g., Guidewire, Appian, UiPath, Docusign, custom applications, and other platforms and products, etc.).
- Translate complex business needs into scalable platform strategies and deliverables.
Other
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years in technical product and/or program management with a focus on enterprise IT platforms - leading planning, delivery, evolution, and lifecycle management
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting/presentation skills
- Exposure to project or portfolio management frameworks is a plus
- Experience modernizing and transforming legacy content/document platforms and workflows
